Accessibility Statement
Effective October 18, 2026
Everyday Now serves older adults, people with disabilities, families, and the professionals who plan for them, so we want everyone to be able to use our website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
What we do
- Large, readable type and strong color contrast between text and backgrounds
- Descriptive text for meaningful images
- Pages that work with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to content" link
- Form fields with clear labels and required fields marked
- Layouts that adjust to phones, tablets, and zoomed-in screens
- An option for visitors whose devices are set to reduce motion, so the program slider stops moving on its own
Known limitations
Some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible. Our downloadable PDF menus may not work well with every screen reader. If you need a menu or any page in another format, such as plain text, large print, or a phone walkthrough, contact us and we will provide it.
Our programs
Accessibility guides our programs too. Seated options are offered for every movement class, and crafts are adapted for tremor, arthritis, and low vision. If a participant needs a specific accommodation, tell us when you book and we will plan for it with your team.
Feedback and help
If you have trouble using any part of this site, or have suggestions for improving it, please let us know. Tell us the page and what happened, and we will work to fix it and get you the information you need in the meantime.
