Information you give us. When you request a demo, request a program, plan a youth program, or check a party date, we collect what you enter in the form. Depending on the form, that can include:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your organization or community name, your role, and the type of community
• Group size, age range, program interests, occasion, guest count, and preferred dates
• Anything you write in a message box

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and its hosting provider may collect basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, device, pages viewed, and approximate location based on your IP address. Our site stores a small visitor token in your browser so our forms and program menus can load. We do not sell this information.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request, schedule demos and programs, and send quotes
• To deliver the programs and events you book, and to send related confirmations, invoices, and reminders
• To keep a record of our communications with you
• To improve our website and services
• To meet legal, tax, and insurance obligations

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising by others.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed for that purpose. These include our website and forms platform (Wix), which stores form submissions on our behalf, and the tools we use for email, scheduling, invoicing, and payments. Facilitators who lead your session may receive the details needed to deliver it, such as your organization name, address, date, and group size. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Photos and recordings at sessions

We photograph or record sessions only with the permission described in our client agreement and any signed releases. We do not post photos of residents, participants, or guests without that permission.

Children

Our website is meant for adults: activity directors, program leaders, parents, and party hosts. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site. Youth program registration forms, photo releases, and emergency contacts are handled with the partner organization and the young person's parent or guardian. If you believe a child has sent us information through the website, contact us and we will delete it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you, deliver services, and meet our legal, tax, and insurance record-keeping requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

How we protect it

We use reputable service providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Email bookings@everydaynow.co and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor requests as the law requires.

Cookies and similar tools

Our site uses browser storage needed for the site to work, such as loading our forms and program menus. Our hosting provider may use cookies for security and site performance. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not work as expected.
